"Purchase of Office Home and Student"
I received a key that didn’t work for Office Home and Student. Customer service was fast to fix the issue, but they ended up sending me a key for Office Professional instead. Now I've got extra software hogging space on my computer that I won’t ever use. On the bright side, I can transfer this package to a new computer when I need to.
